actress said in an interview to Parents India Magazine that after her daughter was born, she indulged herself into a regular cardio regime, which helped her shed off the weight that she had gained during pregnancy.
Kapoor said that after her second child was born she did power yoga, which also proved to be beneficial.
The 39-year-old actress said that one can adopt either of the ways, but she recommends appointing a personal yoga trainer if it`s possible, as it helps in staying motivated to lose weight faster.
She added that she managed to lose 24kg in nine months after her delivery through yoga and a healthy lifestyle.

Confirming this, the film`s director-producer Rakesh Roshan said: "This Friday`s collections were Rs.2.44 crore, which brings the total 15-day collection to Rs.228.23 crore. So yes, it looks like `Krrish 3` has broken all records."

Analysing the record-breaking success of ‘Krrish 3’, trade expert Taran Adarsh said: "The large number of screens and the ticket rates have definitely helped `Krrish 3` to undertake its record-breaking journey. But eventually everything boils down to the quality of the content. If the script is solid, there`s no stopping a film. Also, it must be kept in mind that if a film is to be a universal hit, it must cater to a universal audience."
Kangana Ranaut and Vivek Oberoi joined the cast this time, while Priyanka Chopra reprised her role as Hrithik`s love interest on the screen.
Trade pundit Amod Mehra said: "Records are meant to be broken. With every new record, film stars are asking for more money. Exhibitors too are getting greedy. They keep increasing the ticket rates. Let`s see what strategy `Dhoom 3` adopts."

"I want to work with Salman. I am really looking forward to work with him. Whenever Salman and I will come together, it will be a special film," Deepika, who made her Bollywood debut with Shah Rukh Khan-starrer `Om Shanti Om`, said.
There are rumours that Deepika will be seen with Salman in Sooraj Barjatya`s next film, but she says she hasn`t been approached for the film.

The survey, conducted on 2056 people, has revealed that 14 percept of them, have stopped indulging in physical intimacy due to effects of back pain, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Back pain also causes poor mental health, confessed a quarter of the respondents, while a third confessed the pain made them short tempered.
Around 15 percent of them said the pain led them to cry at work, and 12 percent found themselves arguing with family, friends and colleagues.
"Back pain affects lives in all sorts of ways, both physically and mentally, and not just for the sufferer but also for the people they come into contact with," Mark Critchley, spokesperson of bac<, which conducted the survey.

The pretty girl wept after she realised that her family photo, her priced possession, may not be returned to her.
‘Bigg Boss’ gave her fellow contestants - Andy, Sofia, Tanishaa and Ajaz - a ‘Chor-Police’ task to complete.
The task had an additional secret assignment. In order to execute the task, the chor team decided to steal Elli’s lip gloss, Armaan’s towel, and Gauahar’s photo frame along with a white coffee mug to earn an additional 1000 points.
On realising that she may not get her photo frame back, Gauahar starts crying and taunts the Chor team for hurting her sentiments.

The duo was an item in the house along with co-inmates Gauahar Khan and Kushal tendon. But their ‘friendship’ hit a rough patch when Ajaz Khan entered the house. Armaan got upset when he saw Tanishaa getting friendly with Ajaz. But Tanishaa was able to read Armaan’s mind and soon realised that it was better keeping away from Ajaz.
Now, it seems that the couple is keen on moving a step ahead in their relationship. In one of the recently episodes of the show, Tanishaa proposed her love for Armaan albeit in an indirect way. In reply, when Armaan asked her how much percent she loved him, Tanishaa went speechless and started blushing.

A famous Bollywood magazine reports that on Tuesday morning, Kamal Haasan’s actor daughter, Shruti Haasan, had an intruder at her residence. When Shruti went on to answer the doorbell of her home at 9:30 am, a stranger barged into the premises of the house and tried strangulating her. Although Shruti was very much shocked at the unexpected attack, she tried her best to save herself from any hurt. After bravely battling with the attacker, she drove him out of the house. However, the man’s hand was jammed in the door in the process.
The unknown attacker is being said to be a hounded fan. Shruti, on her part, is still recovering from the shocking incident.
