Hold your breath ladies. Prem Ratan Dhan Payo's Salman Khan will make you go weak at the knees. The actor looks dashing as a royal in the pictures from the sets of the film, where he was photographed having a good time with the crew in between shoots.

Looking extremely handsome in a green kurta, with Tilak on his forehead and a golden turban which runs down his shoulder, Salman, who reportedly plays King Vijay in the film, has never been seen playing a character like this before. The actor will, apparently, be seen in a double role in this Sooraj Barjatya-directed film - the other part being that of a commoner.

Salman's look reminds us of his Hum Apke Hain Kaun and Hum Saath Saath Hain days when his soft looks and charming smile melted many a hearts. It's been a while since he's played such a role given that his kitty has been laden with action-thrillers like Kick, Jai Ho, Dabangg and Ek Tha Tiger, portraying him primarily as a badass.

Prem Ratan Dhan Payo also features actress Sonam Kapoor as the princess of Salman's dreams, and will tentatively hit the screens on Diwali in 2015..
Actors like Anil Kapoor, Irrfan Khan and Nimrat Kaur may be making inroads into Hollywood, but actor Imran Khan feels that the American film industry lacks good roles for Indian actors.

"The truth is there are no good roles for Indians in Hollywood. I am very happy here," added the star of movies such as Jaane Tu...Ya Jaane, I Hate Luv Storys and Delhi Belly.

Mumbai: Though we can’t say that catfights are a thing of the long past in Bollywood, the atmosphere in Tinsel Town is far more friendly, that it once used to be. Deepika Padukone is indeed ruling at the moment and following her is none other than Katrina Kaif, if we were to look at the Box Office record.

Latest reports suggest that when Deepika met the press recently for an interaction, a reporter asked her about how she deals with performance-oriented roles and “showpiece” (read: glamorous) roles. Deepika apparently did not quite get the question right and asked the reporter to specify what he meant by “showpiece” roles. The reporter then mentioned Katrina’s role in ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’.

Deepika, who is often known for being quite outspoken and vocal about what she feels, displayed her witty side by telling the reporter that according to Katrina, the ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ role demanded tremendous hard work and hence how could it be a “showpiece role”!

However, DP was quick to add that being an actress is not an easy job and that she wouldn’t be in a position to comment on other people’s work.
Well, though we are not quite sure, if that was a jibe or an answer to defend Katrina, but it is indeed good to see actresses declining space for animosity on public forums.
