'Happy Anniversary': Aishwarya Rai's comeback film with Abhishek

Real life couple Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan will be seen in producer Gaurang Doshi's Bollywood comeback venture 'Happy Anniversary'.

Gaurang, who produced Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar and Arjun Rampal-starrer 'Aankhen' in 2002 and 'Deewaar' (2004), also starring Amitabh Bachchan, is making a comeback with two Bollywood projects in pipeline.

First among them is 'Happy Anniversary', which he said is based on theme "anatomy of marriage", and will be directed by adman Prahlad Kakkar.

'Happy Anniversary' will be Aishwarya Rai's comeback to silver screen after the birth of her daughter Aaradhya in 2011.

"We have finalised Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan for 'Happy Anniversary'. They are an ideal married couple and we felt they fit the bill. Prahlad's relation with Aishwarya and mine with the Bachchans apart, the script also attracted the couple to do the film," said Gaurang.

Abhishek Bachchan and wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan have worked together in films like 'Dhai Akshar Prem Ke', 'Kuch Naa Kaho', 'Guru', 'Dhoom 2', 'Sarkaar Raj', 'Raavan'.

The couple also shook a leg in hit song 'Kajrara' from 'Bunty Aur Babli'.

Gaurang said 'Happy Anniversary' will be made on a budget of Rs 65 crore.

The film will go on floors early next year and will be shot in South Africa.
