Narrow Escape: Bollywood actors who met with accidents while shooting

It's not all roses for our stars. Besides keeping erratic timings and shooting in difficult climatic and social conditions, they are also susceptible to minor and major mishaps in the course of shooting. Recently, Shah Rukh Khan met with a freak accident on the sets of his upcoming film when a door fell on him. This has again brought focus on the safety of actors.
