Spider-Man’s Classmate To Make Her Bollywood Debut Soon!

It’s not everyday that an actor gets to attend acting workshops with Hollywood stars but international actress Ridhima Sud was lucky to have done it on a daily basis during an acting intensive in Los Angeles.

This talented actress, who is gearing up to make her Bollywood debut, had none other than Spiderman actor Tobey Maguire as her classmate while at Larry Moss’s studio – he is incidentally known as Leonardo DiCaprio’s acting coach.

Talking about her plans, Ridhima, who has been the face of beauty brands such as Pond’s and Kaya Skin and shot campaigns for Vodafone, Coca Cola, Titan, E bay among others says, “Indian film-making is at a tipping point in its cinematic history which makes it an exciting time to be a part of the industry . Some of the work being produced and characters being written are edgy, exciting and challenging. ”

Ridhima has already landed a film deal with a reputed production house but is tight-lipped about the details. “I cannot talk about the project as of now, but I love the films they make and will certainly share details when the time is right.”

She has acted in Ballad of Rustom, which was nominated to the Oscars. She has acted in the film Kajarya. The film has been featured in the Forbes top 5 films to watch in 2014 along with Anurag Kashyap’s Bombay Velvet. She acted in the Dubai segment of  The Owner that made it to the Guinness book of records for being a film that has been directed by 25 film makers.
