Shraddha Kapoor Bags Farhan Akhtar's Rock On 2, May Sing Too

Ek Villain star Shraddha Kapoor has been roped in to play the female lead in Rock On 2 opposite actors Farhan Akhtar and Arjun Rampal.

Debutant director Shujaat Saudagar has come onboard to helm the film, which will be co-produced by Farhan and Ritesh Sidhwani. (Also Read: Shraddha Kapoor Has No Time to Compete for Red Carpet Aces)

Rock On 2, a sequel of the hit 2008 Indian rock musical film Rock On!!, will also see Prachi Desai, who played the role of Farhan's wife, in a pivotal role. (Also Read: Farhan Akhtar on Rock On 2)

Shraddha has recently wrapped up the shooting of dance-based drama ABCD 2.

The actress, who sung Galliyan in Ek Villain and a Kashmiri folk song in Haider, is also expected to croon again in Rock On 2.
