MSM Motion Pictures, a division of Multi Screen Media Pvt Ltd. has partnered with India’s leading film production and distribution giant, Yash Raj Films for the worldwide theatrical distribution of their upcoming family comedy drama, Piku. Directed by Shoojit Sircar, the film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Irrfan Khan in lead roles.
The move further strengthens the 20 year association of YRF and MSM Pvt. Ltd. and will ensure that YRF’s distribution network takes Piku to not just domestic and diaspora audiences but also non-traditional markets globally.
A quirky take on the father-daughter relationship, the film brings a stellar cast together for the first time. Piku is also Deepika’s first stand alone title role and has been co-produced by MSM Motion Pictures along with Saraswati Creations and Rising Sun Films.
