Is Parineeti Chopra all set do a Uma Thurman from Kill Bill in Kill Dill?

While Shaad Ali’s upcoming film Kill Dil‘s first looks have our interests piqued, we can’t help but draw references with Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill.

Apart from the fact that director Shaad Ali revealed that the title of his film is inspired by Tarantino’s classic, the first looks too are strikingly similar to Kill Bill‘s posters.

About the film Shaad had said, “It is a film about the tricks the heart plays on an unsuspecting victim of love.” While that is an interesting plot, it is also quite similar to Kill Bill‘s plot where Uma Thurman seeks revenge.

Parineeti’s first look from Kill Dil also looks a lot like Thurman’s look from Kill Bill (barring the yellow tracksuit and a katana) The splash of yellow makes us feel that the inspiration might go beyond just the title.

Decked up in denims and a leather jacket, Pari looks like the next femme fatale on the block. We are certainly expecting her to pull off some high-octane action stunts just like Uma did in Tarantino’s film.

Kill Dil also stars Ranveer Singh, Govinda and Ali Zafar in the lead roles. It is set to release this November
