Rockstar Ranbir turns 7

New Delhi: November 9, 2007 saw Ranbir Kapoor's debut `Saawariya` who infected one and all with his boyish charm.

His towel dance in the film for a song sequence instantly became a rage among the young brigade and he soon became the heartthrob of many.

And today he completes 7 years in the film industry.The young Kapoor has proved his mettle and talent right from the very start. While his casanova image in `Bachna Ae Haseeno` had girls swooning over him, on the other hand his role in `Barfi` melted many hearts.

Imtiaz Ali's `Rockstar` was indeed a turning point in his career and there was no looking back after that for the 31 year-old actor.

His on-screen camaraderie with ex-flame Deepika Padukone in `Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani` is another of his finest performances.

Ranbir has proved his versatility time and again and without a doubt he is one of the most promising actors Bollywood can boast of.

His conviction in his acting is what works for the talented Kapoor lad.
